ART-1963-00002 Giant Shopping Center Starts in Canoga Park Construction has begun on Topanga Plaza, a $30 million shopping center in Canoga Park, following dedication ceremonies. This project, described as the world's largest two-level shopping center, will feature three major department stores: May Co., Broadway Department Stores, and Montgomery Ward.
