AMC DINE-IN Topanga 12 opens and the new district begins staged unveiling
A twelve-screen AMC DINE-IN cinema opened on June 2, 2022, the first element of the 180,000 square foot indoor-outdoor district built out of the former Sears space to be delivered to the public.
The property described the district as unveiling in stages beginning June 2022, with the food hall, a Pinstripes entertainment venue, an Arhaus and a new luxury wing to follow. A triple-height glass grand entrance was built as the district’s front door.
